Madamua

Two thousand years ago, as Roman travelers passed through Spain, they left behind a grove of wild olive trees. Today, 936 of these ancient olive trees stand proudly on the mountainside, forming the world’s only surviving thousand-year-old olive grove. This remarkable preservation is a testament to Spain’s unique climate and landscape, which have safeguarded these rare trees over the centuries. Now, this grove requires funding and care to ensure its sustainable conservation. Toni, the founder who grew up surrounded by this natural wonder, was deeply moved and invited like-minded friends to join a restoration project. Together, they gathered a community of dedicated tree guardians to watch over this legendary estate—complete with gardens, skincare experts, researchers, and even a musician couple, all giving back to nature with love. From this shared passion, Madamua was born.
Madamua’s brand is rooted in the belief that true beauty is a way of life—a journey of reflection and exploration that begins from within. The pursuit of a high-quality life brings inner tranquility, and we encourage people to embrace each moment on this journey, discovering beauty along the way. Our packaging design is inspired by the natural patterns of olive trees, organically wrapping around, mirroring gentle, nourishing streams that revive both the earth and our weary souls. In Greek mythology, the olive tree was a gift from Athena, the goddess of wisdom. Its fruit was used for nourishment, its leaves for medicine and soap, and its oil for cooking, bringing abundance to Athens. In ancient Olympic Games, victors were crowned with olive wreaths—a symbol of the gods’ gift of peace and hope to humanity.
